The state pension is changing on 6 April 2016; with this in mind CAPT will be running a masterclass providing an overview of the following:
- State pension on line
- Current state pension
- New State pension
- Pension credit for over pension age
The aim and objectives of this masterclass will be to up skill support organisations by looking at key changes to – the current state pension, entitlement dates, claiming state pension, new state pension and pension credit for over pension age.
Training will be led by the Department for Work & Pensions (DWP) and held at CVA Resource Centre, London CR0 2TB on 3 November 2015 from 10:00 am until 1;00 pm.
Places will be limited and available to all staff and volunteers of non-profit advice providing organisations based in Croydon and providing services to those who live or work in Croydon only. This course is not open to organisations who do not hold charitable status
CAPT is covering the costs of this event so it will be free to participants
